1. Description of the problem
Explain exactly what is happening. Be specific. If the issue only appears after certain steps, list those steps so it can be reproduced.
2. Screenshot
Attach a screenshot of the visual error or the error message you see.
3. Device and browser
State what device you’re using (computer, phone, tablet) and which browser + version. If possible, test on another device or browser to see whether the issue is universal or limited.
