There is nothing more telling of who Santiago Corvesso is than the smell of tossed fertilizer against soil aching for the touch of rooting seeds. He's the sound of a crooning hippogriff leaning into a wizard's touch while eyelids shut in the safety of a teenager radiating kindness. He's not known much for his words but by his actions — deliberate, dutiful, and committed to the radical idea of frenzied growth. While preferring the solitude of his garden, he's been feeling the forceful push from others into socializing. Despite his constant muffled complaints, Santi is unearthing what it means to be in community with others.
