How to Report a Bug

If you need to report a bug, please create a new post in this thread and include the following details to help us identify the issue quickly and accurately:

1. Description of the problem
   Clearly describe what’s happening. Be specific about the behaviour you’re seeing, and list any steps that consistently trigger the issue so we can try and reproduce it.
2. Screenshot
   Attach a screenshot of the visual error or any message that appears.
3. Device and browser
   Tell us what device you’re using (computer, phone, tablet), along with your browser and its version. If you can, check whether the issue also happens on a different device or browser.
